Where to Go and What to Do

There are many ways you can choose to spend your day. If you choose Hyannis as your starting point, you can venture out into Lewis Bay. Find Pine Island Cove to anchor up and swim. Come back to the inner harbor and tie up at Baxter’s Boathouse Restaurant for a boat side serviced lunch.

Make your way back out to Lewis Bay, drop anchor, and take a swim off Egg Island, a sandbar that appears for three hours on each side of low tide. Venture out to Hyannis Port Harbor, get a peek at the Kennedy compound, and maybe even find a Kennedy or two out on the water. There are several coves and inlets that make great swimming holes. Drop anchor and enjoy the warm waters of the Nantucket Sound.

Tubes and waterskis are available for rent upon request. Call ahead to check for availability. Fishing is allowed; boats are equipped with rod holders, but guests must bring their own equipment.
